Apollo and Daphne, 2015, 191 x 136 cm, photo tapestry, 171 ultra-gloss photos on plywood panel, edition 1/1, private collection, Framlingham, United Kingdom.

Depicting Daphne’s body in flight just instances before she begins to transform into a laurel tree. The subtlety of her pathos and focus dedicated almost entirely to the formal motion of her body omits from the motive the ever-present interplay of fear and lust and instead focuses on the internalised process of losing oneself completely.
